Accompanying Person

At Your Presentation: For speakers who wish to invite e.g. a family member to join their presentation: Attendees under 18 years old may attend your presentation with you free of charge.
For individuals of 18 years or older, a day ticket (GBP 380) is required to access the congress

At the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception: Any delegate of the congress can book an additional ticket for an accompanying person via the the registration portal: GBP 60.

At the Networking Dinner: Any delegate of the congress can book an additional ticket for an accompanying person via the the registration portal : GBP 95 regular / GBP 120 late.

Accreditation

We apply to EACCME, the European accreditation body, which offers accreditation for events worldwide. EACCME credits are recognised by the AMA and RCPSC; we anticipate obtaining a minimum of 20 hours' credits and will provide regular updates as to the accreditation process.
CME points can be obtained by fulfilling the following criteria:

  • Attend the scientific sessions and have your badge scanned at the session hall entrances
  • Fill out a survey on the congress app after the congress

Congress App

The Congress App is available for download on iOS and Android and includes the scientific programme, speaker details, venue maps, and more.

It also includes the CME Survey and the Best Poster Voting.

Best Poster Voting

Vote for the best poster by using the Congress App.

The 6 best posters will be presented in the Outstanding Poster Presentation on June 28 at 17:40 in the poster area.

Catering

During the morning coffee break and the afternoon coffee break, coffee and tea will be served in the Exhibition Area. During the lunch break, lunch will be served in the sponsored symposium halls as well as in the exhibition area.

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email after the congress.

Registered delegates who do not attend the congress are not entitled to a certificate of attendance.

CINP Members’ General Assembly

Whilst all are welcome to attend the General Assembly, only CINP members in good standing (having paid their membership dues for the year 2026 NOTE CHANGE OF YEAR) are eligible to vote.

Insurance & Liability

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. CINP accepts no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage of belongings.

Further, the congress organisers and the venue will not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property incurred during the CINP 2026 Congress.

Language

The official language of the Congress is English.

All abstract submissions and presentations must be submitted in English.

Networking Dinner

Sunday, June 28 at 20:00 at the Glasgow Science Centre (6 min walk from the congress centre)

Tickets for the Networking Dinner can be booked during the registration process.

Opening Ceremony

Friday, June 26 at 16:30 at the Congress Venue

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception. The Opening Ceremony, including a Keynote Lecture, will take place in the Plenary Hall. The subsequent Welcome Reception will be held in the Networking Area.

The main car park is the multi-storey at 10 Stobcross Road, G3 8GS, which is operated by Glasgow City Council.

By participating in the CINP 2026 Congress, each congress participant acknowledges and allows CINP to record, film, or photograph their attendance and use these images or videos in all media forms, now and in the future, without the need for further consent or payment.

Poster Area

The Poster Area will be located in the Networking Area, which also serves as the Exhibition and Catering Space. If you are a poster presenter, please look for the poster board with your assigned number and mount your poster there.

Visa & ETA Requirements

All visitors entering the United Kingdom must hold a valid passport. Please check the current Visa Requirements with the consulate or embassy in your country before travelling to the United Kingdom. A Visa Invitation Letter can be requested during the registration process and will be issued after payment of the congress fee.

In addition, visitors travelling to the UK need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). The ETA requirement is being introduced in stages for different nationalities over the coming months.

Welcome Reception

Friday, June 26 at 18:30 at the Congress Venue.

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, which will be held at the Congress Venue on Friday afternoon.

The Opening Ceremony, including a Keynote Lecture, will take place in the Plenary Hall at 16:30. The subsequent Welcome Reception will be held in the Networking Area.
