GROUP REGISTRATION

We offer group registration for groups of 8 delegates or more. It will be available here in December 2025.

MEMBER FEE

Member tickets are available for members of CINP and SCNP.

REGULAR FEE

If you are not a member of the societies mentioned above and would liket to benefit from the reduced registration fee, become a CINP member before continuing your congress registration: https://cinp.org/Join-CINP

EARLY CAREER / STUDENT FEE

During the registration process you will be asked to upload a letter from your institution or workplace including: address, stamp, head officer’s name and signature.

STUDENT FEE

During the registration process you will be asked to upload your Student ID.

LOW & MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY FEES

If you study or work in one of the following countries, you can register at a reduced fee. During the registration process you will be asked to upload a letter from your institution or workplace including: address, stamp, head officer’s name and signature.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registration is available for a minimum of 8 participants at a flat fee of GBP 750, with no distinction between membership types. Participants' names can be submitted latest by May 15, 2026. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

VISA INVITATION LETTER

If you require a VISA Invitation Letter, you can request it during the registration process. You will receive it via email after payment of the congress fee.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Access to the Welcome Reception on June 26 is included in the ticket. Should you wish to bring a guest, you can buy an additional ticket during the registration process at the cost of GBP 60.

CINP MEMBERS RECEPTION

CINP Members are invited to a reception on June 27, 2026, free of charge, in the CINP Members' Lounge at the Congress Venue.

NETWORKING DINNER

Tickets for the Networking Dinner can be booked during the registration process. The Dinner is taking place on Sunday June 28 at the Glasgow Science Centre (6 walking minutes from the venue). Dress code: smart casual.

NAME CHANGE

Rebooking your registration to a substitute participant is possible at a handling fee of GBP 50 at any time prior to the issuing of the congress badge. Once the participant has been issued their badge, no name change is possible anymore.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON AT YOUR PRESENTATION

For speakers who wish to invite e.g. a family member to join their presentation: Accompanied attendees under 18 years old may attend your presentation with you free of charge.
For individuals of 18 years or older, a regular registration ticket is required to access the congress.

CANCELLATION & ALTERATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: cinp.registration@aimgroup.eu
Requests received by March 24, 2026: Refund minus a GBP 50 administrative fee.
Requests received after March 24, 2026: No refunds. Name changes permitted with a GBP 50 fee.
Refund processing: Within 30 days post-congress.

PAYMENT TERMS

Booked registration fees are binding and must be paid in advance. By placing an order for the conference registration, the registrant agrees to fulfil their payment obligation, regardless of their attendance – the cancellation policies apply.
Individual Registration: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) only. There will be a handling fee for credit card payments.
Group registrations: Bank transfer is available as a payment option.
Please note: Rates are subject to change in the event of legal or regulatory adjustments that impact pricing, such as changes to the applicable VAT rate or the introduction of new taxes.
